Timeline for Completion of Rewards

The Timeline would be heavily dependent on how many of each kind of cabinet is selected.
The best I can do is to point out how many hours each will take to create.
It took me fifty hours to make the prototype cabinet. With new machines I could cut that time down and making many in bulk at the same time would cut that down even further. My best guess would be 30 hours. Since I plan to work 60 hours per week I could make eight cabinets in a month. There is no way to guess how many cabinets will be ordered.
If I get forty or fifty cabinet orders then I will be hiring help and perhaps getting a larger shop or leasing additional space.
The racks also take a lot of time to build. The prototype 'Naked in the Cradle' took about 30 hours, so new machines and making many in bulk could probably cut that down to 20 hours.
The 'Barely Naked' has a few less parts, it could probably be cut down to 15 hours.
The Stemware Rack would be around 10 hours.

So, there are too many variables to give precise numbers until I see how much interest there is, then I can reevaluate the timeline.
