I drew the cabinet I wanted on some heavy paper so I could stand back and look at it. A few redrawings later I had my scale. One thing I loved about the old ice boxes was the total lack of proportion. The doors were all different sizes as were the rails and stiles making up the face frame. Mine was more complicated since I wanted the three faux doors to fit inside one large real door.
This is the front of my finished 3 door faux design.
The rear of the door came out nicely too.
